FEATURED · AI ADOPTION

How I help organizations sustain AI transformation.

Most AI adoption advice starts with the tools. Mine starts with the people using them — because adoption that exhausts your workforce isn't transformation, it's attrition in slow motion. This is the diagnostic-to-evaluation approach behind my consulting work, including a project my team and I delivered at Microsoft.

 Case Study:

01

Listen & Measure

A focused pulse diagnostic of how employees are actually experiencing AI-driven change — interpreted against your historical employee-experience data and employees' own words, not survey scores alone.

02

See the Whole System

Different employees experience AI differently. I segment experienced and emerging users to reveal whether challenges are skill gaps to train — or organizational conditions to redesign.

03

Design Light-Touch Interventions

Evidence-informed practices from positive organizational psychology — AI-supported job crafting, values-based work alignment, structured action planning, differentiated capability-building, and clear AI norms — built to fit existing routines, not add to the load.

04

Equip Leaders & Evaluate

Leaders are the highest-leverage variable, so they're prepared first. Then we measure again — because an intervention isn't finished until we know whether it worked.

What I believe about AI Adoption: the constraint is rarely the technology, and rarely whether people feel safe — it's how work is designed around the tools. When efficiency gains are absorbed by ever-rising demands, no amount of training will move the needle. Sustainable adoption asks organizations to design work people can thrive in, not just keep up with.

Conference Chair award, WPPA 10th Anniversary Conference — Claremont Graduate University, 2026.

Researcher. Consultant. Builder of bridges.

I'm a doctoral student in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where I serve as Director of Operations at the Claremont Flourishing Center, Research Associate at the Claremont Evaluation Center, and manager of the Leader & Organization Vitality Lab. I'm a Blaisdell Fellowship recipient, and my doctoral research focuses on AI-enhanced workplace wellbeing interventions.

My path here spans nearly a decade and three regions. In Russia, I pioneered the country's first "Positive Classroom" initiative, trained over 110 teachers and administrators in applied positive psychology, and consulted for corporate clients including Avast — delivering more than 50 workshops across education, corporate, and NGO sectors in the U.S. and Europe.

Today, that same question animates everything I do — how do we take what science knows about human flourishing and make it work in real organizations? — increasingly at the newest frontier: helping organizations adopt AI without losing the people it's meant to serve.

Most recently, my research and evaluation work has examined AI adoption and employee wellbeing at Microsoft, including how change fatigue moves through an organization and what protects people through transformation.
