ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY · INTERVENTION SCIENCE · HUMAN-CENTERED AI
Designing — and rigorously evaluating — what helps people flourish in an age of AI.
I'm Tatiana Shemiakina, an organizational psychology researcher and consultant. I help organizations design evidence-based interventions, navigate AI-driven change with their people's wellbeing intact, and evaluate whether AI — and everything built around it — actually works.
Science ⇄ Practice ⇄ Flourishing

What I believe about AI Adoption: I believe that AI transformation is not merely a technical deployment but a deep psychological intervention. Success is measured not by how fast tools are adopted, but by how much human flourishing they enable across the whole organization.

Researcher. Consultant. Builder of bridges.
I am an organizational psychologist and intervention scientist focused on the complex interplay between human wellbeing and the rapid evolution of technology. My research centers on identifying the psychological markers that distinguish sustainable technological adoption from mere software deployment.
Throughout my career, I have sought to bridge the gap between academic rigor and practical organizational strategy. By applying evidence-based methodologies to corporate challenges, I help leaders navigate the ‘human side’ of transformation, ensuring that growth does not come at the expense of psychological safety or employee flourishing.
My current work explores the frontiers of AI-delivered interventions. I evaluate how organizational systems can integrate generative tools to enhance, rather than replace, human capabilities. This requires a double-blind focus: auditing the technical efficacy of the tools while simultaneously measuring the subtle shifts in workforce confidence and cultural resilience.
Ultimately, I believe that high-performance cultures are built on foundations of evidence, not assumptions. As a consultant, I provide executives with the diagnostic data and intervention frameworks needed to lead with scientific clarity and human-centered empathy in an increasingly digital world.
ABOUT
RESEARCH & PUBLICATIONS
Evidence I've contributed to the field.
Applied research · 2025–2026 · Microsoft
Sustaining AI Transformation at Microsoft. A research and evaluation project examining how employees experience AI-driven transformation — combining a pulse diagnostic across wellbeing (PERMA), psychological safety, AI confidence, adoption patterns, and change fatigue with historical employee-experience data and qualitative analysis. The project delivered evidence-informed, low-burden intervention recommendations and an implementation-and-evaluation roadmap, and was approved by the client. Findings are confidential; the methodology is the foundation of my AI adoption practice above.
